Default Undertail help - switching to LED's?

So I have a EuroBike GY style undertail on my '02 f4i. I am trying to see if i can swap out the bulbs and housings and install LED's. The company went out of business a few years back.

I am sure there are some lighting experts on here so let me pick your brain and let me know if there are any options for me. Pic of under tail is below.

I know it isn't much help, but I always find some radical stuff after about a half hour of searching on the net- with that being said, I really just wanted to post on here that I think that pic of your bike looks very cool with the contrast between color, and b&w.

Thanks.

Yeah I have actually searched over the past couple days and came up empty handed. I know literally nothing about lighting and wiring though. That is kind of why I want to start this project to learn about it.
