Default Turn signal wiring

1993 CBR 600 F2....i bought it with no signals and am trying to figure out where i am messing up....i connected the 2 blue wires and the 2 orange wires up front which then allowed the rear turn signals to come on but they do not flash...when you turn it on left signal it simply lights up and vice versa for right....i am assuming the 2 wires up front are driving lights and turn signal and that is why it will not flash but if i only have rear lights how can i wire these front wires to allow the rear lights to come on.......anyways all that jibberish equals why are my turn signals coming on but not blinking?

I'm not sure I understand what you're saying. You should have 3 wires to each signal, one is hot for the running light, one hot for turn signal, and one ground. If you are wiring up a typical incandescent bulb it should work fine assuming you have it wired correctly. If it's an LED bulb you will have some trouble, since all the led turn signals I've seen only have 2 wire's as opposed to 3, so you need to only connect the turn signal wire, or add resistors to the circiut to use the running lights and turn signals. But still I don't understand how you are wiring this, maybe a pic or drawing would help.

This may help or not but on a lot of older cars the flasher needed a heavy enough load to heat it enough to click off and the cool and click back on causing the signals to go on and off. This may be case with your bike. If so, you need to get the front signals hooked up to make the flasher work.

These also requred a flasher bulb I think. I doubt that a 93 bike would need this, but it's worth checking into I guess.
