Best I can tell you is, my 98 uses orange/orange white (left) and blue/blue white (right) and a green ground on each.
I'm saying that from memory, so the left/right MAY be back-wards. ;-)
Again, this is from memory, but I believe the solid color is the turn signal and the color/white is the cruise lights.

for the fronts - you can go just 2 wire and lose the running/parking light functionality.
or if you want to make them work as park/running + blinker in front you'll need to add a diode in - follow this how-to:
