Alright, turns out its NOT temperature related and the noise is coming from the ignition. I looked like a fool riding with my head next to the ignition and I swear its coming from there. I took the front apart to check for anything loose and nothing.

 

So it is a harmonic. Heh that's better than a valve job. Good luck finding whatever's loose
