Default torque specs on engine mounts?

I put some frame sliders on and it says to torque the bolts back to factory specs, but i dont have an owners manual or anything to tell me what that is. Anyone got the specs for this? Thanks in advance

Tighten it down to PFT. Incase you are wondering what PFT is, it means Pretty Fukn Tight. BTW, what is the bike?
