Default throttle body synchronization

i searched manual and only saw it mentioned once but never anything in detail. wont all 4 butterfly's be solid bolted to a central shaft(just like the butterfly's on a carb)...so what really is synchronized then?

you're synching them to one another. even though the may be all attached to the same shaft, you'll see that they get out of wacked very easily.
