the throttle is tempermental after the first 1/8 it boggs out and after about a third it grabs and gooooes. Sustaining a speed is difficult the bike seems to like jump but the rpm stays the same i don't know what the problem is

 

Sounds like a possible vacuum leak. How long has it been doing this ? Was any work done to the bike recently ? A little bike history would be helpful.

 

I just recently bought the bike about five weeks ago since I have had it I have replaced the fan switch, had the carbs cleaned, oil change, radaitor flush, and a new R/R. It has been doing this since I consitantly started riding it after i Had the carbs cleaned. I do not remember it doing this after i bought it and rode it home
