testing wires on gauge harness

testing wires on gauge harness
so how do i check the wires on the gauge cluster? i cant seem to stick a probe into the harness to check certain wires. does anyone have any advice on this? the plastic part looks like it comes apart but i dont want to break it. please help!!! its a 99 cbr f4
