Default Suspension triangle plate alloy

Anyone know what kind of alloy our triangle plates are made out (like the ones on the 954,929,1000rr,600rr,900rr,etc)?

i was thinking it was a 6k something too for the strength. i'm going to go ahead and make my own plates for my 954 swingarm conversion - and i was wondering what i material i should try to buy in order to do so

you think 6061 is a good enough alloy to go with?

how much of a price difference is 7075 - and do you think that's over-kill?

6000 is plenty fine, I'm sure those are stamped and not machined so it may not even be that hard.

7 is overkill for almost anything not literally getting pounded to death. Plus its a PIA to machine.
