stripped spark plug hole

Default stripped spark plug hole

is there any way to get the spark plug to stay in without droping 700 to fix it and getting aluminum in the engine

The thing to remember is why and how did it get stripped and the good reason to use "never sieze" on spark plugs. Many people tighten plugs way to tight. There is a gasket on plugs that are there for a purpose, let them do their job. Helicoil is a good fix.
