Default stolen bike

I have a 94 cbr600 f2 and I don't have a steering lock. What can I do to help make my bike more secure in regards of theft?

You can get a brake disc lock, which would keep someone from just rolling it away. A couple of guys could still just pick it up and put it in a van.

A quality alarm with a perimeter sensor and remote pager would at least alert you whenever someone gets within a ft or so of your bike. The Scorpion SR-i1100 has a GPS tracking feature where you can pinpoint the bike's location if you use the feature before the thieves disable it.

I would stick with simple deterrents or nothing at all. Alarms are over kill for a F2. Few people are going to steal a 1500-2000 dollar bike when they have newer bikes to steal.

Idk what happend to it. When I bought the bike someone made it into a street fighter project and they moved the ignition to the place of the right fairing. Me and a buddy looked for the steering lock and couldn't find it. Disc brake lock? One for both wheels possible? How much do they cost. I have slow internet on my phone only. Thanks for the info

Get a pole and dig it into the ground cement it then put the biggest chain you can find around it then put some cars in front of it... along with some pit bull's that sleep outside... then go get your permit for a hand gun... then just wait for the ****er to try... boom boom pow

The ones I've seen range from $15 on the low end to over $100 for the best of the best. A disc lock will only work on one disc, although you could buy two. Remember, that won't stop a group of guys from slipping a couple of boards through your wheels and carrying it off. Some of the locks have an alarm to alert you when movement is detected.

Here's a link to some of them: Wheel Disc Locks
