I am having this exact same issue on a 2000 929. I have checked everything including spark plugs. The fuel is not getting from the fuel rail to the intake. I have ohm checked the injectors and they are good and voltage tested the positive feed wire and it is good. Only thing I can think is that the injectors are plugged up but hard to believe all 4 would have the same problem with no fuel at all flowing through.

I don't know anything about these bikes, but maybe there is some sort of solenoid or relay that's bad? I would recommend getting a Clymer manual and go through the troubleshooting procedures step by step.
