a squid manuver (help)
Yo guys long time no chit chat been out of the game for a few sucks but I managed. Anyways I got a problem well my friend does he was half asleep one morning and accidentally put Diesel fuel in his bike. needless to say it wont start I tried to drain the tank but am afraid its in his FI
I have thought that pushing it in gear and tryn to pop start it might force the fuel out through compression but his tire is flat too. Its a Kawi 636 I believe he might have to reset his computer but I dont know kawi's that well nor will i ever put anything less then 91 octane in my girl Any help would be great he has had the bike less then 3 months and obviously its his first

Drain the gas tank, disconnect the fuel line going to the fuel rail, lift the tank up and turn the key on. This should pump any remaining fuel from the tank. The fuel rail doesn't hold enough fuel to make much of a difference. Fill the tank with good fuel and crank the bike with the throttle wide open. It may take awhile, but it should start up after a while. You may want to use a jumper box so you don't kill the battery. And push starting it won't do anything differently. Don't waste your energy.
I was at a gas station where some butthead had switched the gas nozzle with the diesel nozzle. Fortunately I noticed the crossed lines and picked up the correct one. I now some jerk switched them on purpose. I just can't see how the lines could be crossed by accident.
