Default Speed wobble at high speeds

I have a 2009 Cbr 600. It rides perfect until about 130ish, I can let go of the bars anywhere up to 60mph (haven't done it faster) and it goes straight and doesn't wobble. But up higher it gets a little scary. I read where a cocked rear tire might cause that, I got it 100% straight and it's still happening. Any suggestions??

My old Yamaha used to do that at high speed. It was caused by the rear wheel being out of balance.

definitely sounds like a tire balance issue

I pulled the wheel off today and the brakes are dragging evenly on the inside of both calipers. I got it to where they drag less but not completely free. Took it for a ride but had nowhere to get up to that speed so idk if it fixed anything.

I don't think it is in your brakes. I would check wheel balance and all bearings...front wheel, rear wheel, and headstock.

Well everything is brand new, the bike only has 2300 miles. I'm willing to bet it's the front tire.

I thought that about mine, too. It turned out that the rear tire being out of balance was causing an oscillation through the frame, which led to the front end shaking at high speed.

Wind pressure is the cause of wobble from steering wheels, thats why u must have steering stabilizer in ur bike when u go for high speed.

firstly check both wheels for balance, usually this will show Before you get to that speed, also do you have air assisted forks? if so, check for equal air pressure, has the fork oil been changed? equal amounts of oil?
cheers
