Don't go that fast, or you probably need a new front tire.

YG2BSM!

Check the air pressure in your tires, be sure your tires are in good shape & are not too old. Are the tires balanced? Many jackleg MC shops do not balance tires & will tell you it is not needed. When was the last time you changed your fork oil? Are the forks seals in good shape? Has the bike been in a wreak? Is the rear wheel & chain aligned properly? Do you have a sticking brake caliper?

Let us know what you find.

Scalloped or square tyres
Incorrect pressures
Mismatched tyres
Bad road surface or excessive road camber
Air buffeting from sidewids or vehicle in front
Steering head bearings
Swing arm bearings
Incorrect suspension setting
Being a fat bastard
Dodgy suspension
Gripping handlebars too tight

Could be any of those, but 90% are the 1st 4.

That sounds like perfect range for wheel balance problems. Check everything but suspicion is wheel balance first.

I can add one more to the list.
Are the fork tubes twisted in the clamps?
If the bikes hit anything and the triple clamps are either bent or twisted you may get a shake.
Bad mojo just plain sucks.

If it were me I would check or replace the fork oil as that is the easiest and then check the balance as dad suggested.
Being an extremist I would replace the front tire. If the bike was sitting it may have a flat spot in it. That would act like an imbalance while still being balaned.

EDIT: (sp) I type with two fingers directed by one brain cell. It can get a little messy.

Mine is solid and straight with no shake, shimmy or roll up to about 130 mph which is fastest I've taken it.

I've only replaced my fork oil once in the past 3 years, and regularly run the bike to over 150MPH with no problem.
