is it worth trying to change my own spark plug CBR900 RR 1999. I believe that I flooded it and now she will not start but back fires like crazy. I have read some other post and it seems to be a pain any feed back would be great.

 

Is it worth paying a couple hundred bucks for something you can do in a few hours.

 

Not that bad of a job... can be done in one hour, take yer time tho, be carefull not to kill yer fuel tank in the process , excellnt time to replace fuel filter and check out carb rack/linkage.

 

thanks for the info. I am still trying to decided if I want to go for it or take it to a shop???? i will probably end up trying it.

 

DIY. Or if you wanna pay that couple hundo that the stealership will charge yo me, I'll drive down to Cinci and show you how to do it. "Its so easy even a caveman can do it."
