Yes it is. Sounds about the amount that should be there. You may need a new gasket now. There is a little spot on the case that needs to be covered with some gasket-all rubber type stuff. Plus a new paper gasket is in order as well. The gas part concerns me a bit though. Why do you say oil/gas? Hopefully you do not have fuel there. You are not supposed too.

Yes I had fuel in there as well. I'm hoping its because I had too much oil in the bike. If you have links on the gaskets I need, I will appreciate it.

Too much oil could be the culprit. Obviously over filling oil is not too good either in conjunction with say too little oil. In this case, it may have, when circulating, forced oil through the left crank seal and damaged it. May just need new crank seals in there. Fuel should def. not be in the stator. You will def. want to remedy the problem. If I were you before I changed out the gaskets and such I would determine how much fuel you are getting in there and determine if it is the crank seals. Here is the part number GASKET, ALTERNATOR COVER 11392-MBW-000. I could link you to Honda parts house but you may want to search around for the cheapest deal. Probably e-bay. But get that gas thing remedied.
