Default Shim fell into engine

I was putting the shims back into my cbr f3, and one fell into the oil hole on the top of the head, will the shim be found inside the oil pan, or not?

I am not 100% but I would think that the shim would be too big to fit down a oil hole therefore it would still be in your head.

turns out it was still in the head, put some compressed air in where I thought it went and it pushed it out to the left where I could get it with a magnet
