Default seem to be running on 3 valves

hey could anyone help me i changed all four spark plugs and the bike started right up but now it seems to be running on 3 valve inste4ad of four how it was before i changed the plugs u think i should go back and retrace my step

I'm sure you mean 3 cylinders... not valves.

refresh your connections. one of the plug boots aren't seated properly.

Either that or a gap got closed on accident while installing.... or you could have a cracked/bad plug. It happens. Lil short cut would be to dissable the plugs one at a time utill you find the one that doesn't make a diff when you dissable it. That one is your trouble-maker.

easiest way to tell if you're not firing on a cylinder is to let the bike cool, start it up let it run for about a minute, then spray windex on your headder about midway down the front. The cylinder that isn't firing/misfiring will not evaporate the windex upon contact. Once you determine which cylinder is not firing, you can trouble shoot it from there. Good luck.
