Default sealed tire stems?

I am new to motorcycling, and got my first bike about a month ago. When I tried to check the tire pressure, I found that the tire stems were sealed with a red plastic piece. Does anyone know what this is?

Looks like the seal that's in the cap. It just got stuck on the stem and pulled out.

Demon's 100% correct. Lift it out with a sharp knife or seal pick and check your pressure. Replace with a new cap and as stated above...................

Clean your wheel!

You're welcome. And Happy New Year!

Cheers, SB
