Default Does the air box need to be sealed?

I boght a crashed F4i. One of the ram air tubes came out of the air box. I put it back on and it is very tight and secure. My question is the other one looks "glued" in. Should I use silicon or some other sealer on the one that came off?

I siliconed my air tubes in but thats only because the tighten stripes on the air box were broken and the tubes would pop out easyly.

Don't bother. The only part that matters is the one past the filter.

(unless it affects vacuum, which I doubt)

yes, unless past the filter, not a really big deal- unless you would like the piece of mind of doing it?

Cool. I'll leave it alone since it is tight and have piece of mind knowing it's ok. Thanks

You could take the ram air tubes off and the bike would still run fine.
