Default Running with Both HEADLIGHTS

I've heard that its possible to run with both headlights at low and high when switched to HIGH. Is that possible? does anyone know about this? and have instruction converting? and is it simple?

I know on my `05 the reflectors are focused differently. I often wonder if a hi/low bulb swap would be possible with a "jumper wire" setup but never really cared enough too put much tinker time into it.

yea mang...you can do it with the right type of conversion...bust some h4 bulbs, and some electrical stuff and you can do it. people been doing it on another forum...involves some yellow wire from a 929 and some other stuff...not too hard.

sorry, can't post that forum here.

totally simple....I run with both all the time...no mods...just run them on high all the time...raised my low beam a bit and lowered my high beam a bit....so both sit at about the same level...totally bright...way safer...and doesn't blind the crap out of on coming traffic

just adjust them both and done!!!!!

(tip from doncollins) point you beams at the wall so can tell and good to go...all you need is a screwdriver and no need to remove fairings...done in 1 min

only thing bad about that bettis is your running 2 h7 bulbs... thats a bit of juice your pulling... The reason they made 1 and 2 for high and low was partly because the bulbs are very demanding...

just my 2 cents

If it was bad to run both do you think Honda would let it leave the factory?

Both sides are when running high. I've done this for a while now and haven't had any problems. Like CJ said, I lined my bike up so the lights were at the base of a wall and used that as my guide. That's the only incandescent on the bike, everything else is LED.

OH MANG...that is probably one of the stinkiest BS i've ever heard!
i run mines ALL THE TIME...both lights...I RIDE EVERY FRICKING DAY...and mah bike has 38K on it...still on the same old battery, after 3 years...still doing great...

i think what he meant was for both lights to be on during low and then both to be on when switched to high...yes you can do this, it'll be a variation of the ones commonly done for the F4i and will involve h4 bulbs...case they have low and high setting for each bulb.

you can get the information you need from this other site made just for cbr's but can't list the addy here...

can i do this? C B R W O R L D? hahahhaah...
