Default Removing ignition lock?

I'm parting out my 929 and I want to sell the lockset together (ignition lock, tank cap, and trunk lock with keys). When attempting to remove the ignition lock, it looks like the bolts are made so you can only tighten them but can't loosen them. Is there a special tool for removal? Or do you have to destroy the bolts to get them off?
