Default removing lock cylinder and undertail fit

Does anyone know how to remove the lock cylinder from an 06 f4i? I've got everything apart and I'm installing my new undertail following Dwhite's instructions and I'm not sure how to remove it. Do I just cut the black plastic mud flap and pull it out that way? Here's what it looks like.

Default RE: removing lock cylinder and undertail fit

I figured I would just hold up the undertail to the cowl to see what it looks like and is it just me or does it line up like crap? Is the thing only held on by two screws one on each side? It looks like a lot of dirt/water would get up inbetween the undertail and the cowl which I would assume is bad since there is electrical crap in there.
