Each connection block is a little different, but they generally work the same. If you look closely at the connections from the fuse side of the block, look along the side of the metal connector that the fuse plugs into. There is usually a metal tab that is sticking out from the side. You have to use something like a straightened paperclip inserted down the side of the metal connector to get that tab to press back in. That will release the connector and it will come out from the wiring harness side. You need good lighting and clear vision in order to see the tab. Sometimes wiggling the wire back and forth will help you identify the tab that needs to be pushed in.

Good luck.
