rear suspension
If you're talking about a stock rear, you first of all are going to need a new spring. Some shocks are rebuildable from the factory some aren't. Nevertheless, with thenew spring it will sag in the range you need, but it's ride characteristics are pre-defined by the rebound/ compression adjustments available from the manufacturer.
you really can't raise the rear much. you can add shims or washers but it'll only get you a few mm's....other option would be to swap to an aftermarket adjustable shock...but it'll cost you.
