Default Re-juvinating an old CBR HELP

Hey all. i just got an old 2000 Honda CBR600 F4. I bought and charged a new battery for it today but it still wouldnt start up. i checked and it looks like 2 fuses are missing, i moved the others around but it still wont even light up the dash. i drained the old coolant and theres a tiny bit of gas left but it looks clear. its been sitting for roughly 9 months. Where should i start? It ran fine before this. Thanks!

Welcome to the group. Congrats on gaining your new to you bike.
1st, I would download or buy the manual. That will be your go-to resource, even more than this site. This will help you with knowing where/what fuses should be.

After that, get rid of the old gas. I'd do my best to insure there's no gunk in the tank. Also drain the oil and put in some fresh so you know the state of it. I'd take a close look at the spark plug also.

Then after you get your fuse situation straightened out, and if you still have issues, start with basic stuff like does your horn work, etc.

If there is 9mo. old gas in carbs, time to take them apart and clean them, too.

I would check your connections for your battery, and make sure there's a good ground.
