Ratteling @ 4-5 RPMs

My CBR600 f4i has always rattled in every gear from 4-5 RPMS. Is this something i should be worried about? what can i do to troubleshoot it?

Its your CCTL (Cam Chain Tensioner Lifter).
They are a fairly common problem with the F4i's.
