In the second foto I have. Spring that's not connected just above the right foot rest. It's connected above to where I've highlighted, next to the rear brake.
I can't see where the rest of the cable goes to only above the crankcase. Do u know what it's for? Thanks in advance.

That's the spring to pull the brake switch to turn the light on when the rear brake is applied. it should be connected to the foot lever.
