Default Problems with tube breather

Hello all!

I have a question regarding my fuel tank.

Because of a earlier problem I have detached may fuel tank. But when I wanted to replace it back I saw there was coming fuel out of kabel 16 like you can see on the pic. This is the tube breather.

Where do I have to place this tube back on the motor, and why is fuel flowing out through this cable when I am holding the fuel tank in my hands when placing it on the motor??

Your help will be appreciated!

Thanks in advance...

There should be 4 hoses total. 2 coming off the petcock (larger one is fuel outlet and the smaller one is vacuum hose that goes to the number one carb on the left side of the bike). 2 coming off the tank towards the rear. The larger one is a breather hose and the smaller one (which is the one in question) is a drain hose. It does not go anywhere except for a small bracket around the idle control where the drain and breather hose clip into. I'm not sure why gas is coming out of it unless you have a lot in the tank and it is just sloshing around when you put it back on. Is it leaking with the tank sitting on the ground?
