Default Oil from the Breather Tube

So finally after the winter season, I get my bike back running again. It won't idle by itself, and when the engine warms up, oil comes shooting out of what I believe is the breather tube (the tube coming from the top of the engine, by the spark plugs), and it wasn't just a little oil. It was a lot. Ever put your finger over the tip of a water hose to increase the pressure? It was like that

I'm not exactly sure but either there is too much oil, filter is clogged or cracked piston rings. With cracked ring the combustion process goes past the rings and into the crankcase, cause excess pressure, and the only place it has to escape would be the breather hose on top of the engine that supposed to be routed to the air box. Do a compression test and leak down test.
