Default Problem w/ my R6 2000 (I know not a CBR but you guys are really helpfull)

I know its not a CBR but you guys are helpful and i need my bike for Wednesday when i start my new job :/

Basicly it has run fine and i washed it on Saturday went for a little spin and there was slight hesitation for the first few mins (must have got a bit of water somewhere it shouldn't have been)
Then Sunday i rode about 70 Miles fine nothing wrong at all and then stopped parked up. When i went to leave about 20 mins later it wouldn't start ( was still warm about 75 C) so i tried to start it with throttle and managed to get it going with full throttle but it was only sitting at about 2k revs tweaking the throttle for a few mins and i got it above then it ran fine, so i left whilst riding there was no problems until a junction about 20 mins down the road when it just died whilst i was comming to a stop and down shifting. so i took it home and put it away, today it started first time with the choke on (Cold) and i let it warm up no problems, Until it got to 55-60 Celsius when it started to play up again.

Any help would be appreciated greatly i am going to clean the air filter, spark plugs and WD-40 the coils in case any water got in there i am also going to make sure that there's no trapped pipes to see if that helps.

I have took a Video of whilst it was warm to show you see if that makes it easier to understand i will link it when it has finished uploading.

Many Thanks Rob

hmm nah doesnt quite sound the same i have think i have fixed it now ( Touch Wood!) the vacume pipe that lets air back into the tank was trapped between the tank and the frame, and there was also a pipe going away from the air box that was squasshed and stuck together so i cut that down and made sure the vacume pipes were getting squashed and so far so good, just going to have a shower and then go test it out.

Heres a Vid to show you what it was like

i also cleaned my airfilter and the spark plugs ( Waiting for iriduim ones to come in the post butt jesus they carnt be helping there ****ed!

anyone want to digonose the plugs for me? i would say its running rich but im no expert :/

Plugs def look rich. From what you're describing it sounds like an ignition problem (worn plugs, coil, wires, etc). See if you smell gas on the plugs when the bike is acting up, or spray a little water on each header pipe to see if the bike is misfiring. When ignition parts like coils go bad they typically run fine when cold, then fail as they get warmer. Often the bike will start fine, then start to misfire at higher ambient and operating temperatures. I'm not sure if you have coil on plugs or shared coils, but you should def test their impedance with a multi meter before you start throwing $$$ and parts at it. BTW good choice on the iridiums )))

Thanks but i sorted it i said in my last post it was a trapped air vent pipe for my tank so a vacume was being created stopping the fuel to travel down :/ no idea why it only happened when it was hot :/

and yea i got a iridium for my 125 and it made such a difference managed to get 4 for £27 of eBay when there about £11 each
