CBR600F4i engine has been mischievous lately
So usually I'm fairly competent when it comes to diagnosis but I think I'm going to need some external input for this one. My engine has been acting quite the fool lately. It's been idling roughly, and on occasion, power delivery has been questionable. The RPMs are fluttering by a few hundred and I'm losing and regaining power as the engine speed fluctuates. This happens all across the rev range (when it IS happening, you see, the problem comes and goes). Earlier today when I was on my way home from class, the engine stalled three or four times, a few times while cruising and a few times while idling at intersections. Upon stalling, the gauge cluster will power down and then power back on as if the ignition had been switched off and on again. A popping of the clutch brings everything back to normal operation. A few days ago, before it actually began stalling and power delivery was the only issue, I took a random stab in the dark and checked TPS output voltage (I recently bought a new multi-meter and was looking for an excuse to use it haha). I haven't checked the plugs yet but will be doing so today. I've just been thinking to hard about the problem the past few days and my brain has become rather clouded on the issue so I'm looking for any and all outsider perspective and suggestions. Any advice from anybody will be greatly appreciated, seriously, even the guy who always suggests the car-buh-raters as the source of fuel-injection problems is welcome here.

Check these links, the r/r failing can exhibit symptoms similar to what you're describing...

Damn. That's a lot of information. Thank you very much good sir. I'll be tearing the bike apart tomorrow and anything with an electrical connection is getting tested. I can't tell anything from looking at them, but I've attached a picture of my plugs in case there are any palm readers here.

Yeah the plugs were a little discolored but they weren't the problem I don't think, the electrodes were all fine and they were all firing. I have confirmed a vacuum leak. I'm not sure where, but I'm in the process of replacing ALL vac lines (I need about another foot of hose still). Fuel pressure is a solid 50 psi @1500 rpm idle and doesn't seem to drop below 47psi anywhere in the rpm range. I pulled the fuel rail and sprayed all four injectors into some 20 oz pop bottles and injectors #1 and #4 had a pretty weak spray. Will be isolating that problem further today. It's starting to look like a bunch of little minor problems, any of which, wouldn't be much of an issue on its own, but together make for a pretty unpredictable ride. Here's a vid of the injector spray "test."

have you checked all your grounds?
the plugs look good enough
that cam position sensor does look like it got a little hot, but what's the plug look like? that would melt before the wires do and so would the housing where the wires come out.
nice biggie in the background btw

The connector is fine. The wires were pinched between the side of the engine and an improperly routed coolant hose. And I have a cam sensor FI code. I'm an idiot and just found out how to read the MIL flash sequences last night. I've checked fuel pressure after the pump, and before the rail, batt voltages, working injectors, brand new plugs that have never even been fired, all new vac lines, and everything else that I tested checks out just fine. I 100% confident that its the cam sensor.
