This is very intresting guys, but now I must imput my .02

As all of you can see, and probably know, I drive a slightly older variant, and not even the RR or anything. but thats ok! I dont feel you need huge output numbers and absolutly insane accelleration curves to be able to have a kick on your bike. Look, a stock f3 like mine has 105hp. THATS MORE THEN THE CHEVY S10 I DRIVE AT WORK! I can also see that there is more then just owning a 1000cc+ bike. Because you are in the super bike catagory, and you break 50-70 lbft of torque, but at that, the 600 I drive has 46 and the newer ones Im sure have more.

You WILL be happy with a 600. Trust me. You would be happy with a 1000,1100 ect, but it doesn't matter what you ride, but how you ride it that counts.

yea mang...totally...learn the potential of the bike, stay within the power band...regear some, and you'll be ok.
you won't be stomping all over the liter or anything in the straights, but you'll be good enough to keep up in the straights....

but i say get yourself real good on the rr and then stomp all over them in the twists mang...

How fast you go is proportional to the amount of money in your bank. Insurance is alot higher on a 1000 than a 600.
