Default power commander V help!!!!

Hey everyone i am new to the site and have checked out a lot of the posts on here and everyone seems to be really helpful. So i am hoping you all can give me some advice. I have had my 08 CBR1000RR for a lil over a year now and have just a few add on's to it. I have the Taylor Made Racing slip on exhaust and the power commander V on it. Thats really it for performance gains at least. I looked on PC website and i seen that for the 08 cbr1000 that it says to run the PC3 and not the V. I got the V from my work at State 8 Motorcycles in ohio here and was told that the V would be fine. Well here's the prob.... the install of it went perfectly fine when i did it, everything plugged in the right spot not lights no probs... when i uploaded the slip on tune for the taylor made exhaust and have also tried other slip on tunes as well... my bike has horrible throttle hesitation and almost as if its loading up with fuel, bogging out then accelerates... sometimes it also stalls out when downshifting to slowing down to stop. I know that I prob should just get a dyno tune but even still the base map tune from their site should'nt be that bad. If anyone has any advice to this problem I would greatly appreciate it. I just hope I dont need to buy the PC3 in place of the V. O and i seen a lot of people mention this also about the harness.. the one i have is what i guess to be the newer harness where it plugs into the lower injectors 1 and 4 and not the PC3 one where 1 2 3 and 4 it has wires for. Thanks for the help.

Ted
