Default Power Commander

I just got a power commander for my 06 F4i and I have a D&D slip-on and a K&N air filter but the site doesn't have a map for it. One of my buddies told me to just download the map for another slip-on and I was just curious if that would be alright.

You will be close enough. Stock maps are fine until you can get to the dyno.

Where you will get into problems is using someone elses map that was dyno tuned. Stock maps tend to be rich for your motor's sake. A custom map could be right on the edge where the most power is made. If your bike was running leaner than the bike the map was made on, you could have some detonation and that's REAL bad.

I wouldnt bother with the air filter thing. A K&N doesnt put that much more air into your system. I personally have one on mine.
Just use another slip on exhaust brand map.
