Default potential spark plug problem?

I have a 1994 CBR F2...
I've been having a hell of a time getting my bike to start. Most days it takes a couple of tries for me to get it to turn over. Just the other day I started it and let it warm up for a couple of minutes before I go out riding. It revs to high rpms, so I take the choke off and start riding. About a minute or two into the ride, the bike will start stuttering and then the rpms go down and then it dies. I've been trying to figure out if I need new spark plugs, or if something else is wrong with the bike...

Default RE: potential spark plug problem?

I would change plugs first. Plugs can cause all sorts of odd problems plus they are cheap and quick to do.
