It could be. Why not pull them and change them anyway (esp. if you can't remember when they were changed last), plugs are cheap.

buy a spark plug spanner and change them, easy as, if it still stalls atleast you can rule one thing out.

Everybody slow down

The answer is... sure... but it is far more likely to be your carbs.

If you're serious about getting your bike running right, you should clean the carbs and sync them first. if this doesn't resolve the issue, then you can proceed to the sparks plugs and other aspects of your bike.

9 times out of 10, it's a carb issue on these bikes. being inline 4's with individual carbs per cylinder, the jets are really tiny, and are very prone to clogging.

veryfast1000 it would be best to start a post in the 1000rr section, have you got your leads in the correct order, are the plugs tight & are they correct plugs for your bike?

Seafoam (or a similar gas-tank additive) is a good starting place. If that doesn't
do the job then consider carb cleaning/syncronization. Changing the plugs is a
inexpensive, easy maintenance item that may or may-not help. However, as
pointed out in the previous post, if you don't know when it was done last, it
won't hurt anything to do it. Just be sure to check/adjust the gap to your bike's
specific spec.
