Default Polishing Frame

I gotta 99 f 4 custom blue and black. I'm polishing the frame this winter. what is the best way to do it. Right now i'm plannin on sanding it down with a Dual Action sander and then buffing it and finally polishing with A mothers speed ball. What do you guys think. Will it work or do i need aircraft stripper to take off powder coating

THIS WILL NOT GET YOUR FRAME TO THE FULLEST LUSTER

USE STEP 1 AIRCRAFT REMOVER
STEP 2 MAKE SURE SURFACE IS CLEAN AND WETSAND WITH 1500 GRIT
STEP 3 USE A HIGH RPM MACINE LIKE A GRINDER OR BUFFER WITH TRIPOLI POLISH AND BLING BLING
STEP 4 FLOSS YOUR FRAME ..LOOKS LIKE CHROME..
