I moved your post into the general tech so you may get an answer. The new member section is mostly for intros and hellos.

I personally don't know much about carbs, I'd if you need more fuel, I'd have to say jet kits.

it start and runs has decent power but after a while cuts out

i think this is due to the fuel pressure. i think if i rember right the cbr600 runs a very close pressure 2-3bar??

its beein used on a 1235cc micra engine but it only revs to about 5k

the power it was producing was very good oh and it sounds good too

well i dont really know what amount of pressure you are supposed to have on those carbs but i can tell you that if its starting up and has good power, then your jet sizes are fine. your going to need to know the year of the carbs and find out on the internet what kind of pressure they have from the bike.. (im sure you probably already know that..lol..)

how long does the motor run for and then cut out? try putting the pressure on the lowest setting you can go. and see if it runs longer or stays running...

it varies how long it runs for.

i dont know the year of the carbs but they look brand spankin new.

ive had it over pressurising and the fuel just leaks off the back of the carbs.

but it has serious power then ( burnt my clutch up :S)

Wow, that's pretty cool!

Are you sure that the carbs or fuel system are not vapor locking, from heat? I've worked on cars all of my life, and from what you are describing, it sounds like something is getting hot and causin the motor to cut out, especially since the length of time varies. Try putting some form of heat sheild between the carbs and the head. Also check the ignition coil. See if it has spark at one of the plugs, after it cuts out.

Just a thought.
