Default Please help, is this an easy fix???

Hey guys, just got home from a ride and put the bike in the garage. Just got the bike a few weeks ago and tonight started doing some clutch up wheelies in 1st. So fun. The bike is a 2000 CBR 600F4. I just had a look at the shifter side around the casing and saw this. What is the fix?? I know it's due for an oil change but why is this happening? Thanks. Looking forward to getting some quick answers of what caused this and how it needs to get back to perfect.

without looking around some more - it's possible you have a leak from the bearing on the output shaft.

Get the sprocket cover off and see what you can find.

I would do what AJ suggested and get the cover off.

However, you have to remember that any lube you have put on the chain is going to build up there as well. The chain makes a very tight bend on the front sprocket and anything that is loose on the chain will fly off onto the inside of the cover, then it will leak down. If you recently washed your bike, oiled the chain..ect. it could just be that. But definately worth looking into.
