OK this is a bit long winded but if I put all the facts in you may understand.
So the fan didn't come on so I replaced the temp sensor noy joy so I changed fan no joy then flushed coolant still nothing I then earthed sensor and fan came on so power is getting to the fan I then earthed straight to battery still nothing I then reconnected earth back to rad and it works comes on around 108 and then goes off again all working fine. I decided to go for a ride and bike cut out started again straight away put in gear and let clutch out and it dies so I unplugged the fan at the connector and it runs fine again.
I am hoping that someone may be able to point me in the right direction please.

Thats super weird that the bike will not run right with the fan connected. I assume you've already checked the battery and fuses?

 

Yes checked the battery and the fuses and still nothing I have been told by someone to disconnected the clutch wires and connect them together with a spade fuse and see if that works
