Default Pcm, voltage regulator, or starter relay

So I got this bike 8 months ago from a friend is was riddle with issues, so I been building it ever since. Yesterday I was ready to start it and then we tried but the batter did have enough power so I charged it for a few hours and then tried again battery is no go so we hook up a battery charge / engine starter and we get power going for a little while but no fuel pump prime cause the wire is ****ed from the last person who owned the bike so we tried making it work with a power prob hooked to the bike battery and force power to the fuel pump to make sure it worked and it did so I put power to it more to see if I could get enough fuel it the system to at least fire for a second or so and we hear a pop noise and everything goes dead no dash on memory display no nothing. So we tried see if the battery crapped out or if it was the fuses fuse seem fine but I didn’t even bother test the battery cause It needed replaced anyway today I went out bought a new battery re wired the bad wire on the ecm/ pcm unit and put a brand new battery in it and replace every single fuse I could find with new ones and I still have no power at all. What is everyone’s thoughts on this giant cluster f**k.

Default Update statue

Okay everyone I got an 02 Honda CBR 600 F4i I been building for awhile I got it all together now but I’m experiencing that every time I turn key and get ready to fire when I hit the starter switch it makes the starter solenoid click and then I lose power to everything I have replaced now 3 times because it fries the relay not the fuse for some reason, I cleaned up my grounds pulled my harness to make sure it’s not fraying anywhere and I’m not shorting out on the frame somewhere I cleaned up the starter cable mount to make sure it’s getting a good connection and I checked the switch housing to make sure there wasn’t a pinched wire somewhere and it’s all good to I’m stuck and I need some help. please help anything is appreciated.!

Hi I'm not exactly sure I'm understanding right, apologies in advance, you are putting a LOT in one sentence lmao
What exactly is it you replaced 3 times?
Have you bench tested your starter motor?

I replaced the starter solenoid/ main fuse. It got the battery cable and the starter cable attaches to it I have tested the starter yet I was it work before I was sold the bike, but that honestly mean nothing in the mechanical world.
