Default PCIIIr - need help with how to tune

I have a 2001 F4i and got a recommendation from the tech staff on which map for my D&D.

I don't have a CD, bought the PCIIIr used.

I downloaded the software from the web and appropriate map, but how do I know whether to "button adjust" for rich or lean?

I know this probably sounds pretty dunce, but I'm not at all mechanically inclined or very motorcyelc savvy still.

Thanks,
Julianne

you should be adjusting on a dyno....so you know when it's lean to add more fuel, etc. through the RPM range.

the map you loaded is ready to go...no need to adjust it.
