i put my pc3 on my 03 600rr a few days ago. there was a night-day difference instantly and it lasted through yesterday and this morning, then all of a sudden it just wasn't as "ballsy". when it was right i could clutch up wheelies EASY in second at like 50mph, then it went to where when i launched it it would lunge up like a foot off the ground, bogg down, then run hard again. also ithas a slight hesitation from idle.the only difference in when it was right and now is a tank of gas.. would a ****ty tank of gas do this to me???? or should i try a different map on my pc3??? any kind of input is greatly appreciated!!!

 

If it worked fine for awhile a different map should matter .It could be a bad connection somewhere(loose) or a bad tank of gas..Worse case see if reloading the map helps.

 

go and make sure the connection is hooked up mine did sorta the same thing and it was just a lil connection was not in all the way...

 

Do they have winter gas in WV? If so then it contains a large amount of alcohol which will kill yourpowerand gas mileage.

 

no clue about "winter gas". but Hatebreed, what connection are you talking about? one of the injectors or the throttle switch connection?? when yous did it was it hit and miss?? like yesterday it ran like ****, and today it ran really good some and like **** some.... i dunno??? i rode alot around town today to run the gas out to see if a new tank would help.
