I recommend the plug that has a patch on the end (Black Jack Tire Repair CU-306-8 PATCH PLUG COMBO 1/4 STEM | StockWiseAuto). This repair does require the tire to be removed from the rime. I've had 200 miles on a tire and had to put in a plug. Hec, I've put in 2 plugs without any issues at high speeds. This repair vs. replace argument is like Ford vs. Chevy in my opinion.

If you go to Dunlops site, they say you can plug the tire.

Don't use a car plug!!!!!!!!!!Use a Plug Patch Combo

Look at Ride On. It's a tire sealer that you put in your tires that will prevent pictures from leaking and it also balances the tire. I used this after the same thing happened to me and I didn't want a nail to ruin my new tire. Watch vids on YouTube I found it impressive and gave it a shot. Luckily havnt punctured yet so I havnt had to test it. But It sounded promising for me
