I know the carbs are out of sync. Idle sucks. Working on finding a sync tool to borrow. Another problem though, when cruzing at constant speed (constant rpm) the bike will start to jerk, almost like its not getting gas. Acceleration is fine. Could this be just due to the carbs?

your bike is fuel injected my friend. 2001 was the first year that the cbr 600 f series went fuel injected

 

hence the "i" in f4i

 

Bad word. Meant throttle bodies. Still, they are not in tune.

 

Also could be your FPR (Fuel Pressure Regulator)..
