is there any wqay to hook up some sort of oil pressure guage to my 01 929 my oil light is on along with the red light right beneath it? this is my first honda and i dont know to much about itany help would be great

 

If your oil pressure is down, have it checked ASAP, rather than frig around fitting gauges. It may only be a minor electrical prob thats causing both lights to come on (as in faulty pressure gauge switch).
Does the donk (motor) sound ok when its running? low oil pressure is usually followed by engine knock noise as the motor struggles for lubrication. (load enough to be heard over the motor)

 

yea it kind of sounds like it is knocking but there is a lot of gas in the oil so hopefully im gonna drain it and fill it up new oil and well see how it does then
