Default not starting problem

alright guys, havent been on here in a long time since ive been on my daytona 675. but back to the 06 cbr 600rr and im having a problem with it. well two weeks ago i put a new battery in it, put it on the tender overnight to pull a full charge. was working fine, but last night i went out to a bar, and drank a little much so i did the right thing and locked it up the the storage they have there to not ride it home. well went back this morning to get it and it was dead. well got it started and got it home, turned it off then back on and it worked. waited about 5 min and then it wouldnt start again. so now its on the tender getting charged. where do i go from here. i had the change the regulator rectifier on my daytona a while back, could that be it? a little about it. like i said 06 and it has 15k miles. like i said where do i go from here, or could the cold weather have killed it that much last night?
