Default not enough juice on my f3 ?wont start

i have a 98 f3 my first bike i bought it couple weks ago when i bought it everything was fine . but now it wont start i changed out the battery cause i was getting no power with the old one . i fullly charged the battery .now when i try to start it i wont get any crank of the bike tryin to turn over or anything the lights just come on and i here a clickin noise . and for those of u with f3"S what is the correct position for the choke after the bike has warmed up ?

Choke should be all the way up when it is warmed up, sounds like you have a bad ground. Did you check the frame side of the negative cable?
